Executive Chef Lou Rook III and Wine Director Glenn Bardgett have crafted an evening that moves through Burgundy’s most storied appellations — Chablis, the Côte d’Or, Mâconnais, and Beaujolais — pairing each course with wines that speak to the extraordinary diversity this region has to offer.
